Senior Recruiter

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Training & Talent Manager, the Senior Recruiter will focus on talent acquisition activity as well as human resources generalist work. While Recruiting will be a large focus of this position, the Senior Recruiter will partner with others across the organization to provide an effective, comprehensive and value-driven human resources experience as a whole, taking ownership for a broad range of activity and initiatives. Receive an outstanding employee benefits package.   Essential Responsibilities: Take ownership for talent Acquisition/Recruiting activities and process for a wide range of positions; activity includes ATS management and some temp staffing. Act as the first point of contact for candidates who are exploring Standard Process as a potential employer, networking contacts, vendor contacts, and new employees. Provide new hire orientation and onboarding support; this includes conducting new hire orientation training. Take part in workforce planning for the short-term and long-term, in accordance with the strategic goals of the company. Partner with managers and departments across the organization to administer various human resource plans and procedures for all associates; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; work together with others on company and department initiatives to further support the company and its growth objectives. Handle employee relations activity such as counseling, investigations, and exit interviewing. Administer the compensation and performance evaluation programs. Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals; recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Help maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database as needed. Help maintain personnel files and I9 records, keeping current with record keeping and retention standards. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
